LD Roofing Services Ltd have recently carried out remedial roofing work to our property. They fitted a new dry ridge system, fitted a new roof to garage and a new flat roof to our extension and re-pointed two chimneys.

All the above work was carried out to a very good standard by an excellent team. They kept us informed about what was being done and were very polite. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had already seen how well LD had handled a replacement roof on my neighbour's listed property and I really appreciated the care taken on my own project involving an older house which threw up some challenges! The roofing team were nice to deal with and always left everything tidy at the end of each day. Great result - highly recommended.

Excellent is the only word that is sufficient.

Issue - Failed cement flaunching had fell and broken slates, filleting round chimney base poor condition with splits.

Work - Remove broken tiles, remove concrete filleting around chimney.
Fit new lead apron flashing round chimney, fit back gutter to chimney, refit tiles.

Result - Lads arrived 8:30 - work completed by midday. No mess left, work performed expertly. Very happy with quality of work. Would recommend highly.

LD Roofing removed the incumbent soffits. facias, gutters and downpipes and replaced them with UPVC replacements. The work was over-delivered by 1.5 days, the workspace was left as it was found, the colleagues were polite, worked hard and went the extra mile

We are very pleased with the roof alterations carried out by the young lad "T". He fitted the DryVent fillers units to the garage and house in the boiling sunshine without any complaints. He also cleaned the top ridge tiles for us even though we ask him to give them to us to clean. T said he would do the job for us whilst he was on the roof of which we were very appreciative. He took and supplied photos of old birds nests under our top ridge which we will use in our complaint with Taylor Wimpey. Even though there were supply issues and the date of fitting had to be changed we were kept informed.
Anyone with Redland profile tiles(e.g. Grovebury type) and a Dry Ridge system should have the DryVent Filler unit fitted as standard to avoid the birds ingress and also they make the roofline look neater.
This weekend was the first weekend of NOT !!! being woken up early by birds walking along the top ridge ! Bliss !

We were very happy with all the interactions with LD Roofing. Dan came and quoted for the job at the time and date agreed. He was very knowledgeable and advised a far less costly option than had been suggested by a competitor. Wes and Rich arrived on the day booked to do the job of removing old mortar from 7 valleys on our bungalow roof, cutting back tiles and re-mortaring. They were pleasant and efficient and left the property clean and tidy when finished. The work looks very good and we hope that the repair will last for many years to come.
