What a great company. Cannot say enough good words about them. They came round really quickly after the recent persistent rain caused a leaky roof and did a fantastic job. The cost was very reasonable too. Will be looking to them when I get some work done soon. Highly recommended.

We chose DM Roofing Services to support local businesses within my immediate area, we received a competitive quotation within days of my enquiry and work started shortly after.
We was concerned about having a new roof in winter, however, I was reassured that everything would be done to keep the house watertight and it was.
November was a particularly wet month with heavy rain at times so work could only be carried out weather permitting, (something you have to accept when having a new roof in the winter months) communication was good throughout.
We had a traditional natural slate roof with several valleys and two new skylight windows installed at the rear, the roof looks amazing and we are really pleased with the end result.
DM Roofing is a friendly family run business that provided us with a really good roofing service.

**Update**!! so, after several text exchanges and missed phone calls and of course the obligatory rude voice message from the manger complaining that I had complained and denying that Jake worked for him. Then me suggesting I involve the police as someone was pretending to work for his company.Dennis then indirectly acknowledg he knew Jake and would contact him, in the rude Voice mail. Suddenly, Guess who then did what he had promised out of the "blue"- Yes, Jake.The same one who didnt exist!!
I was requested to remove this review by the manager Dennis.
So let me remind the employer of something.

In UK law, there is something called vicarious liability.
In the workplace it is where an employer is held liable for the wrongdoing of an employee, or someone whose role is akin to that of an employee, even where the employer has done no wrong itself.
Jake had access to the employers resources including communication devices and used them. In the course of his duties under the guise of working for the employer.

I am sure this company has done some great work. but they can't stand bad reviews and dont realise there is a lot to learn from a bad review, especially one thats factual.

Customers, please be mindful of reviews, thats my lesson .

Denis gave me a quote, explaining what it was I needed and also took lots of pictures of damage and work done. Arrived on time and completed job in a clean tidy manner, would defo use again if needed.

DM roofing completed our garage roof installation. The work was completed to a high standard and looks fantastic. We are so happy with the professional service we received. Everything was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend using this company.

Came to inspect at very short notice (next day) as melting snow caused leak through ceiling. Good quote. Came week later to fit new gully. Very professional, clean and tidy. Would recommend based on my experience yesterday. Thanks!

DM roofing came out to repair my guttering, fix a leaking roof and fit some verge tile covering. All work was completed promptly to a good standard and very well priced.

Update:
Less than a year after the work was carried out the gutter is leaking in the same place and the verge tile cover looks as though it's moved. Tried to get them to come out but received an extremely slow response and then when they said they was going to come out they never turned up, I messaged again but they never replied.
