The team at R&W Hughes completely transformed our roof as part of the wider refurbishment of our house in Rhiwbina, Cardiff. The whole team were friendly and professional, and the quality of their work was exceptional. We are totally delighted with their work and with our new roof.

Very polite + hard working staff who fully assessed the existing roof issues + explained to me using phone photos why my roof had been leaking into the attic space + what they would need to do to correct this.

He is very responsive to messages and kept in touch regularly. Even if I was away from the property he was happy to continue and keep me informed. Would highly recommend. Our roof was leaking and after a few quotes from other companies, we chose Aaron as we were really impressed with his initial inspection of the problem to identify exactly what repairs needed to be done and could quote accordingly (other companies took a guesstimate from the ground without even lifting any tiles!). The work was done on time and to a high standard, really professional service, lovely guys and would definitely use again.

Aaron and the team replaced our flat roof and installed a lantern over our kitchen. We are so pleased with the quality of their work and the difference the lantern has made to our living space. Not only was their craftsmanship outstanding, they delivered it in the timescale promised and were conscientious, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will be using them again to replace our roof. A fantastic family business.
