P Smith building and roofing carried out a roof repair which another company did badly. Excellent work very reasonably priced. They also installed a new fence for us which is amazing. We asked for plastic fence panels and although its something they don’t usually work with went out of their way to source for us. Their work is really progressional and their service second to none. Nothing was too much trouble even when we added a few more requests to the job which we hadn’t thought of at the time. Will definitely be using this company in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you for all your hard work in these challenging times.

Partner noticed a gap in the roof, we contacted Patrick who arranged to come and look very quick and gave us a rough quote and time frame of when he could do which was great. Unfortunately the job turned out to be a lot bigger than expected but that didn’t put them off they just got on with it and got the job done well and quick. Both guys were great very kind and upfront with what state our roof was in. Will definitely use again should we have any other issues in the future :)

My husband rang after being let down by another local firm (something that really irritates him) but we should of called him first he arrived exactly at the time he said he would and gave a very honest quote, the work was done quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend and call again if we needed to in the future.

Recently had my roof cleaned and ridge tiles receded. Hard working guys who did waste time. Extremely pleased and would recommend to anyone.

I had a single entrance removed. No lintel needed and was charged much more than I should have been. £850 and others said it should have been £200. Lesson learned. Should have got other quotes first.

After noticing a hole in the roof and membrane of our three story house, we contacted Patrick and numerous other local roofers. Most did not reply, or did not have capacity, while Patrick responded the same day and came out to view the problem promptly. He quickly returned a very good value quote. Due to being three story, he arranged scaffolding and then got the job done promptly. He took pictures as he went along with the repair and showed the work that he had completed. He is professional and would strongly recommend.
