Prompt response to an emergency call from a disabled person. I realise this is normal procedure for this particular company which provides an excellent and professional service.

came in within a couple days and sorted leaking roof and not over charge.dont go any where else.

Although this guy said he would fit me in as he was busy, he said he was unwell the first week and promised to come out this week. He has failed to respond to my text messages and phone calls. Another Pembrokeshire promise fail.
Just a response would be good. I would not recommend this person. My wall inside my property is damaged and I could have found someone else. I am furious
