A two man team turned up on time and located the problem very quickly. A quotation followed via email a couple of days later and I was booked in for the following week.
The work itself took only hours and it hasn't leaked since. So all in all everything went very well.

Shoddy workmanship at high prices, When we asked them to come back to repair the roof they claimed they were not SA1Roofing and we had the wrong number even though it was on their invoice and on their website.

Initially I wrote a good review, but after some problems came back and a surveyor viewed the work undertaken (as part of another job) they couldn't believe the poor quality of flashing work we had done (in his view "unbelievably shoddy") and had to laugh at the bonding gutter that we had installed - the wrong side up apparently. Did all of this also knowing we'd recently lost a family member and charged a lot to do a bad job - shameless really. Will not call back once you have issues and try to get in touch. Cowboys, avoid.

My elderly Grandparents have been ripped off by this joke of a company.
The work started well, the builders turned up when they were supposed to, then the final stage of the work came, they were paid for this and never returned, weeks of blaming bad weather for their no show, this went on for five months, giving my grandparents dates and just never turning up to complete the job, ignoring my grandparents calls and emails, showing no remorse for the fact my grandparents have handed over thousands of pounds for a roof repair that remains unfinished.
Heading into the autumn/winter months their roof and outside of the house that was completely stripped back remains unfinished and unprotected against the elements.
There is a reason this company doesn’t have a website or any social media platform, it’s so that when they rip you off and don't complete a job and pocket your hard earned cash you can’t publically shame them!
My grandparents garden is full of waste and rubbish that the company were supposed to dispose of, rubble and nails littering the garden!
If you’ve got a small job which needs completing in a day I expect they do this for a fast good review, anything above that they clearly take you for a ride, pocket your money and leave the job unfinished.
Who would leave vulnerable pensioners heading into the winter months with an exposed roof and exterior walls?! SA1 Roofing and Repairs, they have no conscience, no morals and show no remorse. Absolutely horrendous. You hear stories of cowboy builders all the time but never think it will happen to your family. STAY CLEAR of this company.
Looking at the other reviews they seemed to have pulled this stunt a few times recently.

SA1 roofing did our roof in January. We were told that all mess would be taken away but spent half a day clearing away sharp slate pieces and rusty old nails from around our house. They also gave us a new guttering system (which wasn't needed but they said it would make the roof installation better). We were told (and have in writing) that all work completed is guaranteed for 20 years. Rubbish! Since January we have had nothing but issues with the new guttering. When it rains the water pours out of the sides of the guttering and falls on our windowsills. Of course we mentioned this to John and he initially sent someone out who replaced a clip but that did nothing to improve the situation. We told John this and he said he would send someone the next week, nobody arrived and he apologised but assured us someone would be with us by the following Friday. This continued for the next 6 months, often ignoring our calls and messages. It has now been left to us to fix our guttering and get a new system installed. An untrustworthy company who we wish we hadn't used.

If anyone is prepared to use this company they should know what they are all about.
My parents used this company and it all started very well. My elderley parents felt they had found a trustworthy company and so had no cause for concern
The final payment of £4,500 was paid for the
final stage of work to be completed and guess what, they have pocketed it and never returned.
Ignored my parents emails, lie on the phone when I have got through and dont care they have ripped off 2 pensioners.
Think twice before you use them or part with your money and be fearful if your elderly parents ever use them.
They have destroyed my mother and caused heartbreaking stress.

Great auntie and uncle used them, I'm using the term lightly because they took 4.5k from them and left the job. When they'd try get in touch they would blank the calls but accepted calls off my cousin and lied, then the usual snotty we don't care jack attitude came out as it always does with scummy tramps. Who does that to elderly people? Especially the state the worlds been in the last yr and half absolute scum bags completely need shutting down and that's putting it politely! No facebook page funnily enough. Full on cowboys ignore these rave reviews they are all lies.
