We purchased a roof lantern from this company, who were very quick and polite while taking your money then everything changed.
4 weeks for delivery, when it eventually arrived, 70% of all the parts were chipped, scratched or dented, they blamed this on the courier but that it impossible, it was clear manufacturing defects, but they still blame the couriers, I wouldn’t be surprised if they sent me a second hand lantern it was so bad.
5 deliveries later (most were duplicated items) and dozens of phone calls and emails taking over 6 weeks to sort out we finally had enough spare parts to build the lantern.
This cost us in time and money as the incredibly rude and obnoxious Albert Burgess just cannot cope with a simple transaction without having a complete melt down.
He blamed literally everyone else and could not take responsibility for his personal incompetence. He lost the part numbers that I painstakingly sent him multiple times, then asked for them again, this has to be a delaying or frustrating tactic, no one can be that stupid surely.
The Roof light Centre is purely a middleman, they buy the various units directly from Made For Trade, and between the two of them they will blame each other, and spin lies and pretend they know nothing about any issues raised.
They have no interest in your customer experience after taking your money, and will ignore your complaints.
Avoid this company at all costs, there are much better companies out there that will give you the exact same product, and you won’t have to deal with this absolute joke of a company.
I wish I had never come across their website.

The order arrived on time. Unfortunately there was minor damage that occurred in transit, although the lantern was packed superbly.
Denise arranged a replacement part without any fuss whatsoever. I received what I call old fashioned customer service, brilliant! 10/10 friendly and super efficient! Thank you.
