Five star service and product. Despite just 'dropping by' their Croydon offices I was welcomed by a very pleasant young lady and had only to wait a very short while to be seen by Nick Sharp, Sales Manager. He very quickly grasped my requirements and gave me excellent practical advice based on his experience. At all times I felt that he was just giving 'best advice' and not selling. Nick transferred my plan and requirements onto his dedicated computer program making it easier for him to compile my order and it transpired, his subsequent print out provided me with a valuable aid to completing the job in hand. The pedestal support system is an excellent product, my order was very well packaged and marked and delivered exactly on time. I could not speak highly enough of excellent service and product.

Not only are these pedestals a great value/quality product, Wallbarn are also a great company to deal with. There is an easy ordering process backed up by quick delivery, and most importantly patient assistant when I realised that what I had purchased may not be suitable for the type of installation I had in mind. Nick from Wallbarn was more than happy to review and offer alternative solutions, culminating in some example items being shipped free of charge for me to qualify whether the suggested alternative would be suitable (Decking Megapads instead of Balanced Pedestal). With the alternative pedestal being more than suitable an exchange of items was agreed, no fuss nor drama, just a straight forward stress free transaction to ensure I have the right product for my installation. Simply put, this has been a really positive customer experience.

Nicko has been a huge help with my recent project. Always available - quick to respond to emails and knowledgeable on the product that would fit my needs. A great company to deal with, they very much looked after us and went above and beyond. I write as a specialist design and installation contractor dealing with problems of moisture in buildings, so a commercial customer.

Dealing with Wallbarn was an absolute pleasure i must say. Everyone i spoke to was so helpful and accomadating and this really makes a difference when you are using their product for the first time. The pedestals I needed were of varying sizes due to the slopes I had to deal with when laying 2 new patios down on previously laid hard surfaces. The self levelling heads allowed me to gradually follow the existing graduations and levels using spacers and different sized pedesatals where needed. The end result was I now have 2 new patios that look absolutely amazing and are grout free for ultra low maintenance.
Personally I would like to thank Chris in their technical sales department and Stefan for being so helpful as it really did fill me with confidence and I would not hesitate to recommend them and their product to anyone in the future. Great service, great product and overall a very well run company !

Quite possibly the worst consumer experience of my life. I ordered adjustable pedestals from wallbarn. They initially turned up wrong. They blamed this on me before recognising their mistake. They then redelivered more wrong components followed by more wrong components. Luckily by this time I had enough wrong components that I was able to make a version of the correct components using a combination of all of the components. At one point they told me to throw thousands of plastic components away. Now they want me to pay more!!! Unbelievably rubbish!!
