Have used SIG for several jobs in the past, but recently found staff not as helpful and ran into their company policies for returns (mistake purchase on my part). Staff claiming return not accepted due to Covid19 and then they finally agreed to accept a return with a 25% restocking fee (for card processing and putting back on a shelf?). None of these policies were printed in store or available online - just verbally given when attempting to return the items - just be warned.
Plus, online is often cheaper and has 30 day, no quibble, 100% returns policy (admittedly distance selling)... Come on SIG, move to the 21st century...

I have always found this branch's staff really helpful, they're god at answering the phone unlike some and their lead prices are lower than anywhere else in Bristol in my experience.

Amazing service. Couldnt replace my ancient tile but pointed me the right direction of a reclamation yard which stocked it. Class act SIG ashton
