We owned a Static caravan at Eastham Hall for just short of 6 years. Our pitch was a good size but we did have to pay a premium. When buying we were told there would be tarmac paths and even a ‘water feature’. We were also told that annual fee increases would be nominal. We waited 4 years for the tarmac but the area of the site we were on (The Meadow) wasn’t completed. Fee increases were much higher than RPI and other charges were levied and altered ‘at will’ with no clear justification. Any tradesmen working on the park seemed to be unusually expensive so we suspect there was ‘surcharging’. Any excuse to make a bit extra.
Even through Covid any rebates (tax rates / closures) were disguised / negated. We were amazed at the lack of transparency.
The owner was somewhat unpleasant and the staff weren’t very helpful or nice.
We had to sell due to health problems. We were assured someone would be available to help when we vacated. They was no help at all.
Uncharacteristically unfriendly for Lancashire. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

This was our first ever caravanning trip after buying our caravan. It was a great little park. Super clean toilets/bathrooms which were constantly being cleaned. The grounds with it's nature walk was beautiful too with rabbits and song thrushes
I was a slightly disappointed by our plot ... It was next to the shop and barrier. We understand that it was probably due to the fact that we only booking for one night.
Perfect spot for popping into beautiful Lytham which is full of lovely places to eat and drink.

Eastham Hall is a fantastic find! This is the best campsite we have found in 3 years of touring for golf competitions. Diane, Rob and the team have done everything they can to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were keen to hear how the boys got on as they played Royal Lytham - their support was much appreciated and having stayed twice this summer we will be looking for the next chance to come back.
Thank you so much!

Lovely camp site, facilities nice and clean. Friendly helpful staff with warm welcome.
Pity the local busses don't come closer as quite a walk to nearest bus stop. It would make such a difference and allow visitors to spend money in Lytham, St Anne's and Blackpool etc.
Council are missing out on tourist trade by not sending busses near these sites.

A very well organised site, excellent facilities including a super new playground area for the kids/grandkids, on the doorstep of Lytham, what more could you want?

We have had a lovely stay at this touring park. The toilet facilities are immaculate. Clean and warm with lots of thought taken to good hygiene. Taps that come on remotely so no cross contamination. Bio hand dryers that give excellent warmth and completely dry your hands. A really good service with taxis available to pick up and take you into Lytham. We will definitely return next year.
