Park Holidays

Shower leaked, they fixed it, no bulb in hallway, reported it x 3, not fixed heating not working, reported it x 3, not fixed, bathroom sink very slow runaway, reported x 3 times, not fixed. Other than that, perfect, Steeple Bay has gone downhill since last time we visited, been going for over ten years, no interest at all from most staff, complete opposite to Carlton Meres camp, which was spot on!

Not a lot of facilities at Steeple Bay and no shops close by. Local shops not walking distance from the site. Entertainment was good though a big thumbs up to Carl, Tigan and Helena.

We have enjoyed a pleasant week at Steeple Bay. Nice clean, modern and well equipped caravan. The weekend was busy and noisy with campers but the week was nice and peaceful.
I really enjoyed being able to walk along the beautiful Blackwater Estuary. We didn't use the clubhouse very much but when we did the staff were helpful and friendly. The reception staff quickly sorted out issues we had with internet and tv.

Enjoyable stay for a short vacation during the summer holidays. Located in a quiet area beautiful scenery, good for long walks by the river bank. Suitable activities for kids. Food at reasonable price in the restaurant however its usually a very long wait before food is served

Caravan was spotless, everything needed was there, crockery, cutlery, great shower, heating, bed was comfortable, full size fridge freezer, cooker was great to use and microwave. Also had TV with built in DVD. Staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Nick the park warden. Have been before and definitely come again.

Bit down on its heels and empty (but end of season so no real suprise).
Bar staff helpful and friendly too.
Caravan mattresses hideous and they don't know how to put bottom sheets on....

Van nice, clean and spacious. My only gripe was the double bed mattress was very uncomfortable. With a thick waterproof cover made for a noisy uncomfortable nights sleep!! Club house was good, bar run well, food was ok. We enjoyed staying here.... you will.need a car to visit the surrounding area.

Having come home last night from a fabulous mid week stay at your holiday park I just had to mention how fantastic everything was. The caravan was spotless, the staff friendly, warm and quite clearly love working there, the place right on the estuary for great walks and beautiful sunsets..... A special mention to Nick the night warden/maintenance guy for helping us sort the heating out and giving us lots of info on places to see and visit and to the two sweet ladies from reception who helped us....
Loved our stay so much we've just booked again.
