I cannot believe some of the comments posted. We have lived on this site for over 10 years and love it. It's so peacefully and friendly. We have never heard 'bikes revving', yes there are dogs on site, ours being one, BUT they are all kept on leads when walking round the site. The managers Linda and Alan are always approachable, friendly, helpful and go the extra mile for all owners, so much so that in the winter I've seen Alan putting grit on the road outside the site to enable residents to get out and about, due to the council not gritting country roads. Blowers and all other garden machinery done over the weekends are by resident's and never management. This work by them is carried out during the week days. We would recommend this site to anyone for residential or as holiday home.

We looked at many parks around the area but most had caravans in straight rows, many with no or very little greenery. Acre farm is a forest site where caravans are placed randomly around the site and the presence of trees and greenery make it a perfect peaceful place in the countryside.The site managers and staff are very friendly, always ready to help and advise. It is worth visiting to take a look and speak to the staff you will be welcomed as we were.

What a load of rubbish Arthur Clark. I've lived on acre farm for 9 years and it's a lovely site to live on. Managers are always there for everyone's needs. Don't know what you was expecting. When you said the office was closed haven't you got the commsence to phone the telephone number which would have been displayed on the window. Don't think we would like you on our site.

DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE. In answer to manager, I know what you give because I was on your site for a number of years and paid for caravan and site fees and found out what you get back when leaving the site.
Management give very strange responses to honest criticism, the comment "make yourself known to managers". In my opinion if you did they boot you off the site and give you nothing for your caravan.
This site has a seriously bad track record of ripping people off I must say far worse than any used car dealer. You will lose loads of money and have a miserable time with their pathetic rules and customer service. Added to this the managers friends claiming that its great to live on this site is a completely false review. The site does not have a residential licence. The site manager also needs to back to school and learn English his/her grammar is like a 7 year old child.
Response to owner, I was on this site, it was a nightmare. Calling people odd and untrue demonstrates clearly how bad your customer service skills are. You need to learn or go out of business from your very apparent bad attitude to honest criticism. And I am not a real person what a joke you are too funny just like Basil Faulty.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED, Potential buyers should read the whole review before considering a purchase. I had experience of this place a number of years ago when Chris was the manager, they expect the highest prices possible for caravans but when you want to sell they don't want to give you anything they are much worse than used car sales people. As you are aware, you are the same owners as when Chris was the manager, the ownership has not changed only the manager Also using Glasses Guide doesn't mean you are fair on prices, for example expecting absolute top book price when selling when the caravan does not justify anywhere near top book and giving absolute bottom book price when buying back. I know everyone needs to make a profit but there is way to much disparity between selling and buying at Acre Farm Caravan Park BUYERS BEWARE.
THE CORRECT PLACE. ACRE FARM CARAVAN PARK FAR FOREST, You also seem to think I do not know where Acre Farm Caravan Park is, From Bewdley you take the right fork heading to Cleobury Mortimer. You go past the Plough Pub on the left then about 500 yards you take a left just before the left bend called Ranters Bank, you go down the hill and on the right hand side at the bottom of the hill is the Caravan Park on the Right had side where there is a flat bridge over the brook. The managers bungalow is is right in front of you. There is a road off to the left following the brook there is the next road which used to be one way down a steep hill, this is the 2nd left the road in the middle goes up the hill where there is a car park and toilet block on left side. That road continues up. There is also a road that looped around a caravan on the corner that used to have major problems with sewerage. I think you are wrong to say people don't where they have been. My reviews are accurate and reflect the correct business and locations. I will accept your apology. I know several people who were very unhappy with the way they were treated on this site. You will note I did say a number of years ago.
To be honest I do not think your comments in response demonstrate any decent level of customer service skills and it appears you are just upset as you don't like to hear the truth.

Very bad layout no signage as to what is where and very mish mash all over the place. God help the emergency services trying to find somewhere, having no signage is putting people lives at risk. You could take a leaf out of the Glen caravan parks layout and signage. Jumped up littleman who likes to try and boss people about.
