Sandhills Holiday Park

Use to holiday here back in the 60s and 70's it is much more up market now and most of the statics are beyond the range of the average working man. We were lucky enough to go here twice with friends who knew an owner of one. There is so much to do around here. The memories of those childhood holidays will always be special.

Location and accommodation is excellent, the 2 ladies on reception are very welcoming. We were sent an email with the food menu, when we arrived the only item available was pizza. Pool shut promptly at 5pm, bar was only open from 5pm on certain days and was I actually turned away for a drink at 8.30pm because the bar man was shutting up. Wouldn't recommend it as its certainly not designed for families. No onsite shop.

Always a real pleasure to stay here. The staff are fabulous and always on hand to help with anything. The best location, right on the beach. Views across to the Isle of Wight. A great outdoor heated pool on site. A short stroll along the prom there is a great restaurant called the Noisy Lobster. This is the perfect base for a little holiday. You don't even need your car once here as there is so much to do in close proximity of the park. I love the luxury apartments in the main building, but have also stayed in private lodges which are amazing. One day I hope to own one myself as I love it here so much !

Well located to Mudeford Quays for crabbing fun with the kids and boat spotting, great playground on site for the little ones and pool. Avon beach is on the other side just 5 mins away.

The owner is a shambles she is so rude the bartender ain’t letting children be in the bar area nor buy themselves a non alcoholic beverage the best worker there are the lifeguards the entertainment is bad it costs so much money owners are now selling and moving on to there competitors Hoburne as they welcome there guests so much better

Just back from a 5 day stay here. Great location by the beach with its own heated outdoor pool. We stayed in a static which was to a high standard, very clean and had everything you needed, bar bath towels.
Would also like to mention the lifeguard, Anand. What a star. Great knowledge of the area, great personality, firm when required and helped introduced children so they could play together. Always went the extra mile and the park are lucky to have him.
