Liked: The beautiful views ,the fresh outdoors , the hosts Roger Is another level absolutely fantastic. People leaving reviews on WiFi well All I can say is maybe change your phone providers!! Are signal was fine. This site doesn't claim to be a posh mod con 5 star getaway so if your looking for that then this site probably wouldn't be for you but if you are like us and want a family friendly,happy budget little site then thats what it is. Can't wait to return in the next couple of months.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing we loved it

Liked: Peaceful, nice views from the top of the valley, 10 minutes off from A55. Close to local amenities. If you want somewhere to relax it’s good for it. Debbie was nice, she comes to the site everyday. Polite and would have a chat. She has a family member who stays on the site so any issues you can speak with her.
The weather was outstanding!

Disliked: Shower block, squeezed 3 SMALL showers in would have been better with 2 normal sized ones with it only having 10 pitches.
Owners husband was very rude, I would understand if it was a 5* brand new maintained site but its not. He just need to relax.
Water point at the side of your pitch which you can only use to fill the aqua roll then you have to turn off, I tired to explain I have a float inside it which cuts off the water once aqua roll half full, he wasn’t having none of it, kept going on about him being on a water meter.
Maybe explain this in the description.
Stoned areas which you park on is thick with black dust, gets everywhere.

Liked: Lovely peaceful site. Debbie the owner was very friendly and came and checked everything several times a day.

We didn’t really use the shower/toilet block but from what we saw it was basic but clean and had everything you would need.

The location is excellent for exploring the surrounding area and we found a free paddling pool at Penmaenmawr which was lovely and clean; with a play park and cafe. The grandchildren (twins aged 4) had hours of fun here.

We are quite new to caravanning and the country roads were a bit daunting at first as quite steep; narrow and bendy in places but we took our time and it was fine.

We would definitely stay again !

Liked: It was Peaceful, clean, value for money, friendly people, great at night could hear the owls hooting, horses very friendly, owner was great come down to see if we were OK and having a good time.

Disliked: Access was very tight to get in and out with the caravan

Lovely quiet site well situated for travelling to local landmarks. Facilities were very clean and had everything you could want. Friendly and welcoming owners. Great place for short or long stays. 100% recommend.

Liked: If you want peace and quiet and no traffic noise this is the place for you. We loved this place not too far from Llandudno, and Snowdon, great place just to chill water right by each pitch electric and aerial .Showers and toilets are near by too. The owners of the farm could not do enough to help and make sure everything was ok ,Debbie and her partner are hard working folk looking after the farm and guests .Would recommend this site if you want the above no frills just nice place to chill.

A quiet place in a beautiful area. There's only 10 plots so it's really quiet and not commercialised.
The toilet and showers are perhaps a little dated, but they're clean and in good working order.
We really loved it and intend to visit again next year!
Bring steel tent pegs for your awnings etc, as the ground is hard and it's tough to get pegs in.

Liked: Very quiet and peaceful site, easy to find and access with our Camper Van. Pitch was next to a gurgling stream, which I enjoyed listening to at night and pleasantly masked my husband's snoring! Plenty of space for our small dog without being disturbed by the other campers. Our 5 year old daughter enjoyed the open space and looking at the horses and sheep, also owls hooting at night and bats flying. Electric hook up was reliable, water tap right next to each pitch. Toilet and shower block was basic but kept very clean, plenty of hot water. No washing up area or rubbish/recycling facilities but we managed by boiling the kettle for washing up and taking our rubbish with us. Dog waste bins provided which was helpful. Overall just what we needed and reasonably priced. Good location for visiting Conwy/Llandudno and surrounding areas.
