Liked: Lovely welcome from Debbie on our arrival. Very well set out spacious pitches. Clean modern shower and toilet block with a great little washing up shed. Great walks to nearby Crickhowell along either the canal or river Usk. Beautiful, well maintained grounds.

Liked: We were shown to our pitch and made very welcome. This site is on a very peaceful private estate with plenty lovely walks from the camp site. Dogs are very welcome here and have plenty of areas for exercise. The Brecon canal flows past the site providing a well kept tow path to walk on. Very nice open site. We will definitely be returning.
Disliked: Although the shower/ toilet block is immaculate the shower rooms have a communal changing area which may not be to everybody’s liking.. obviously there are separate male and female shower rooms.

Liked: We loved hearing absolutely NOTHING but the birds singing. Heaven. The field was vast, empty, with only 2 other campers on. The scenery is absolutely stunning. Just a short walk up the field gave the most beautiful sights to take in. Just by the dog walk is a huge beautiful river. The sight is spotless. The pitches ,large and level, with ehu. Such a peaceful and serene place automatically made you feel comfy and relaxed. I didn't use the shower, as we have our own, but hubby used them. He said they were spotlessly clean and even had underfloor heating...a treat a lot of campers will appreciate. Don't know about WiFi as we have our own. Nor did we have kids with us so don't know about child friendly. We only wished we had booked for longer.
Disliked: Not a gripe at all, we couldn't get the motorhome over the grid to empty the grey water. Did it at the next stop so not a problem

Liked: fantastic estate parkland setting. Very clean facilities. beautifull canal and river walks close by.
Disliked: Not really a dislike... more a gentle recommendation to have a low intensity light in the entrance to act as a guide for campers to aim for as they come from the field pitches towards the toilet block as pitch black in the field when no moon.

Wow! What a site. We’ve been travelling this week and stayed at 4 new locations. This campsite is THE best with spectacular countryside and great facilities. The heated floor in the shower block was well received too! Well done Debbie for your personal service including our very on concierge to our pitch! The canal walk is perfect for our dog and she enjoyed a dip! We’ll be back next year with some friends and shall recommend to everyone. Well worth a visit. The thank you again

OK if you want total isolation. Cross two fields on reasonable road but dusty. No staff on site at the caravan field, so missing that friendly atmosphere. Staff monitoring site extremely pleasant. Shower block clean and fresh. All other services great. Reason for wanting staff? One pitch housed an eyesore outfit, jockey wheel stacked on bits of wood. Domestic fridge outside van and an episode of rubbish sorting through about 20 carrier bags all placed on the area outside the van. Security workers staying in it changing shift at 6am somewhat disruptive. Well kept and maintained but no staff on a medium site didn't work for me.

Liked: Must be one of the best Campsites i have ever stayed in !!!
Travelling with my girlfriend and two dogs. Amount of space for the dogs was unreal !! You are surrounded by woods,fields,meadows,canals etc.
Toilets and showers perfectly clean. Nothing to fault ! 10 out of 10
Will definitely be back :)
Disliked: Showers run on the push button which duration could be slightly longer but apart from that all perfect !

Liked: The peaceful scenery and location, the clean and tidy utilities, friendly staff. It is a beautiful site. The pitches are nice and clean and have electrical outlets with plenty of space to set up camp. The price is very reasonable.
Disliked: A very very very small thing that might of helped us is that there was a road closure just outside the site entrance. It might have been useful to have a signed at the top of the road (where is said the road was closed) to let people know you can still access the site.
