We took our caravan here for it's first service 5 years ago, on a friend's recommendation. We go back every year and will continue to do so. Friendly, polite, fun, courteous and they don't sell you anything you don't need and are happy to explain something you can do for yourself. Excellent standards of workmanship and cleanliness. Five stars from me.

Just finished a warranty repair on our caravan. There was a report of damp on its annual service last year, which meant either taking it back to the supplying dealer, or finding an independent willing to undertake the work. From first contact, Mitchell & James were very helpful, explained what needed to be doing and dealt with the entire process of ordering the parts from Bailey, chasing them regularly for delivery (COVID!!) and finally completing the work to a very high standard. Caravan has been cleaned and sanitised internally on return. First class job - very pleased

Thank you so much to the two guys who at very short notice who sorted our caravan running lights. We discovered at Portsmouth Ferry terminal that the caravan running lights were out, we telephoned and explained the situation. They asked us to go straight there which we did, they found a problem with the earth from the car to the caravan. They quickly fixed the problem, very professional and friendly. Would certainly recommend them.

Having a 5 year old Lunar caravan which developed a crack in the roof which let water in and being told Lunar were no longer trading and the warranty was invalid was devastating. We contacted Mitchell and James and they sourced necessary replacement panels and carried out extensive repair work to a fantastic standard. When Steve phoned to say the van was ready for collecting and it looked like a new one he wasn’t exaggerating. We were thrilled with all the extra touches made to create a superb repair. Would definitely be my first choice for any needs

Called the team here today and they were so generous with their time and knowledge. Advised a couple of things I could try myself to get my fridge going again and WOW they worked! Saved me ££'s this time around. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!
