Can’t recomend this company enough.
Did the typical thing of checking my van the day we were leaving, only to find my fridge had packed up.
They managed to find the time to come out the same day and get it working again.
They also quoted me a very fair price on a service and motor mover install, both of which were very swiftly carried out shortly after I returned from my holiday! They’re mobile as well so no need to pull my van out of storage!

Steve arrived at my house very punctual, he was very polite and very professional. He checked the van inside and out and rectified any issues he came across, he even advised me of the best solution on a repair i want to carry out myself. Had a full caravan service, habitation & running gear. This included damp recordings which were not recorded, when questioned I was told all the possible places a caravan can leak and costs to correct no explanation regarding tests done or figures. I looked at the possible leaks recorded on my service sheet and found a front window seal deformed however, I asked regarding this and was told he must have forgot that bit 😡....... Never again. Not the cheapest and by far not the best.

Very professional and friendly people. Went out of their way to answer my questions and resolve some issues with the van. Gave it a good thorough service too. Will definitely recommend them and use next year

Really friendly helpful team. Being able to service my caravan in storage was very useful. Really seemed to know their stuff and do a thorough job. I will definitely be using again.

I used charnwood Caravans service to give my old caravan a good service and going over ready for the summer trips out. Very professional and friendly service. Honest guy who advised on a few bits but was not pushy about them. I have booked in for some work in the winter season as we were that impressed.
