Chris was recommended to me while I was staying at California Touring & Camping site over Christmas. Unfortunately the 240V Element on my Thetford Fridge stopped working. He gave me some great advice on how to switch across to my gas supply and then visited with the correct part and fixed things perfectly. His communication is excellent and he is very courteous when working on your vehicle - explaining things as he goes and charging fairly.

Booked a habitation service on a transit campervan. Chris is as good as his other reviews say, punctual, really nice chap. Very helpful, I learned more about the van from him than from the salesman we bought it from. He also fixed a few little things not strictly on the habitation service that I did not even know were wrong but he noticed. He also gave very fair advice, gently explaining that with our type of use a fixed solar panel was not worth it. Very reasonable and highly recommended.

We were staying at Henley when at 2300 the roof light decided to spring a leak, it dripped at a rate of 1 per second all night.
I phoned at 0800 and despite not opening for another hour Chris picked up, he said he would help and would get back to us when available.
He phoned us back and stated he had moved appointments around and would be with us in 45 minutes.
He carried out the repair which involved removing the roof light, scrapping away all the old mastic, putting on new mastic and replacing the roof light.
Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and what he charged was just fantastic considering it was an emergency callout.
Our only regret is that he doesn't live closer to our home town.

No surprises that after six years of use our Motorhome developed a small leak around one of the windows due to sealant deteriorating …. so I telephoned the regional dealer for our Wildax vehicle and and they did not hesitate to recommend Chris who had previously been a key manager in their servicing, maintenance and repairs department with essential knowledge across all Brands

Chris has proved himself to be professional and reliable and, very important, great value!! He provides sound advice on questions posed and is clearly looking to develop a long term relationship with his customers and not to carry out unnecessary work. He is genuinely a really nice guy as well who you will instinctively trust with your investment

Today was a “take the window out and re-seal it day” ….. tomorrow who knows …. but it will be Chris that we call day

We first met Chris when we phoned to book a habitation check for our Chausson motorhome. We loved the fact he came to our own home to service van. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went over and above the call of duty to fix the van. He really was a pleasure to have around and on leaving we both said "what a lovely man!" Great sense of humour. We have already recommended him to friends.

Great service from Chris. Had a problem with gas. He was prompt and very lovely and didn't make me feel like a dumb woman with no clue about her motorhome Very honest as could have easily sold me a whole new regulator (which I thought the problem was). But he just checked everything til he found the problem which was then a simple fix. Highly recommend.

Chris was extremely professional, fast and did a fantastic job. Don't get many people like that! Would definitely recommend and is on my speed dial if I need anything else!
