Very proffesional, on time, I would highly recommend.

We had been having intermittent problems with different elements of the electrics in our VW transporter camper. Made an appointment with Paul who turned up exactly as expected and carried out a very efficient overall check, identifying a number of hard-to-see connections which had been slightly disrupted over time and putting them right. He also checked the fridge and water heater. Now our electrics have a clean bill of health, all carried out professionally and without wasting any time. We were very satisfied and would absolutely recommend the service in every way.

I had a problem with my 13pin plug on my caravan and a problem with the bathroom tap.
Paul contacted me quickly and came to see me the following day.The 13 pin plug was replaced and Paul returned later that day to replace the tap.

I called Paul on Monday as my caravan had developed a leak around the waterpump and we are staying near Matlock.Paul ordered the part required and he came today(Wednesday) and was unable to repair the pump after the carrier had not delivered the part required.Paul was really annoyed that part had not been delivered and was genuinely sorry he couldn't do more.Paul is one the good guys out there giving a good and honest service.I would highly recommend Paul.

Paul did the habitation check on our campervan today. He came at exactly the time he'd said and did a really thorough check. He happily explained things to me as he worked and fixed any little problem he came across as he worked. I'd totally recommend him and will absolutely use him again in the future.
