Broadway Leisure Caravan Service Centre

Our motorhome needed a new electric main switch. They wanted to keep it for 5 days but agreed to ring us in a couple of days when they had the part so we could take it back to them. He said the electric box was riveted and would need to remove the rivets and then rivet it back together after. I took a look and the box was screwed together not riveted. Still not received a phone call so we took it to somewhere else that did it in 3 hours. Would not consider using Broadway for anything.

Fantastic service, super helpful and friendly, went out of their way to fix the few problems with the van and a wash. Excellent value for money, wouldn’t go anywhere else now

Great to find somewhere that still values good service, just had a wing mirror replaced, they were very understanding when we had to change the time we had booked at short motice.They accomodated the change and got the job done promptly. Highly recommended for their knowledge and and customer service.

Excellent service. We called in there on our way down to catch a ferry as we had problems with our electrics. Lovely friendly chap looked and realised our battery needed replacing. Didn’t charge for time. Bought great stuff from camper shop on site. Very happy!
