Caravan Team Limited

Took my 2014 Caravan for a service, replacement of a damaged wheel spat, and an electrical fault on the fridge. Parts were sourced and fitted for the fridge, the wheel spat and the service work completed. Additionally they discovered some water ingress around front window seals (which I had not noticed) and they replaced the seals during the visit. Great service and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone as I found all the staff to be friendly and informative.

I have been a customer of the Caravan Team for many years, and every experience has been positive. Services have been thorough and well priced, with any warranty matters dealt with on my behalf quickly and efficiently. They have even brought spares to my home ( eg batteries) to help diagnose any issues , never replacing or charging for parts not needed. Cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Great experience, nothing too much trouble & very knowledgeable. Had my caravan serviced in March, then took back to have handbrake replaced (picked up during service), and a replacement locker door fitted (don't try this yourself!) 🙈

Had what we thought was a problem with our braking system while on holiday close to Caravan Team. They very kindly agreed to give it a quick once over at no charge so we could continue our travels with peace of mind. Faultless and friendly service - thank you!

Although they couldn't assist with repairing the lock on my Swift caravan whilst I was on holiday in the area, they made a great effort to try and see if they could help. They responded very quickly to my enquiry which was useful as I knew what my options were from then on. Recommended.

Outstanding, they went above and beyond to help us with warranty and fridge repairs, Caravan Team also made sure we had our holiday when the motorhome failed the MOT, two days before we were due to go. Within an hour the faulty light was fixed and the MOT passed, cannot fault the service or the friendly staff

Not had a real experience with them, they couldn't help me with my caravan as its too old and refused too but then didn't help with another option. Still figuring it out and using general trades and a local garage for the mechanical side. Unfortunate as I had funds to pay....
