Bagforce Aggregates Group Limited

I contacted Bagforce's Harby depot recently.
Hattie was very helpful with regard to which aggregates to use and also offered guidance on quantities required.
Prices seemed reasonable, and competitive (and no delivery charge to my location).
Delivery was arranged within 2 working days, and I received a text message confirming a 2 hour delivery slot the day before.
Delivery driver was friendly, and very skilful with his crane.
I've since placed another order, and this was dealt with just as efficiently as my first order.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from Bag Force again.

Fantastic customer service, value for money and fast delivery

I couldn’t recommend Bagforce enough, a great experience from start to finish. The office staff are really friendly and helpful. When I asked for my order to be delivered earlier in the day due to a skip delivery they did everything they could and shuffled things around to get me in earlier which was very much appreciated. The driver was also fantastic and managed to get the bags out of the way down a narrow driveway. When I rang for a couple of extra bags as I had ran out they managed to get them to me that day which was excellent service and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I have used Bagforce Ltd for the last 3 years on and off for both Bag and Bulk products. They have been extremely helpful on all occasions and recently when I misplaced an order were amazingly helpful to solve my problems. They can access narrow sites with their small lorry, proving a massive time saver for us. I highly recommend them and their can do attitude to help you as a customer.

Ordered a ton of bagged top soil and the whole experience was great. Phone was answered quickly and the lady was helpful and super polite, delivery time was quick, I even received a text saying a 2-hour slot and then I got a call from delivery driver when on his way. He wore a mask and kept distanced, also really polite. Would recommend and the price was competitive.

Efficient and friendly service. Great advice about the quantity I needed - I would have ordered more than I could actually use so I avoided that! Really friendly and helpful delivery driver. Would happily recommend this company.
