Just called to order stone. Shop not open so knocked on side window. Lady told me I have to order it over the phone. Was there a sign anywhere to say that? No. Was there anything on their website to say that? No. So even though I was actually there I was supposed to ring up from outside to place an order! I wont be ordering anything from a business that treats customers like that..

Damaged my property whilst delivering to a neighbour. Drivers did not stop, company was informed but took no action or apology. Had to repair damage myself and when finally the company got in touch after unanswered emails (weeks later) I apparently have to provide quotes (!?) to receive an apology. Quotes for repairing it myself. Go figure....Fantastic attitude from border aggregates.
