Subway

Sharing this review in the hope that management consider hiring extra staff or consider further training for current staff, won’t be returning unfortunately. There were 3 people ahead of me when I came in , 20 minutes later I’m just about getting served - granted some ordered more then one sandwich.
Staff friendly and pleasant ✌🏼

Visited this store on my most recent visit to Preston. I regularly holiday in Preston as it’s luxury compared to Birmingham and it’s all we can afford.

As a SPECIAL TREAT ONLY, we opted for a Subway & all I can say is.. what an experience.

What I wanted: a sandwich.

What I got: a free stand-up gig, compliments that can only be likened to an opening shot in tennis, a ticket to HS2 love on tour AND, I managed to upset not one single Dave this time around.

I also got a bit of extra sauce on my sandwich which was a lovely touch.

In my opinion, the ginger lass who served me deserves a promotion. She does this thing where she pouts and gives you the peace sign whilst asking you what bread you’d like. Comedy gold.

I really don’t see how my next visit can be topped. So I’ve decided to retire from ALL Subways, seeing as no customer experience can beat this one.

Love that there's ample parking always around this one. Staff very friendly and you can't beat Subway on prices for a salad/ sandwich. We have picked up salads and eaten in the car on occasion. Of course, there is social distancing and the queue to be served can get long on good days. Dine in is closed.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. I have just been in Fulwood Hub subway and won’t be returning and would advise everybody to avoid. Zero customer service skills and believe it or not zero ability to make a sandwich. The girl behind the counter clearly hasn’t had training on the art of making a sandwich. After throwing the toppings on and sauce she went on to cut the sandwich whilst it was still open rather than folding it. She then went on to wrap it unfolded? Please find the photos below…

Very bad experience food ok but the young staff playing on there phones very rude and not washing hands one girl I think is the manager wiped here nose and then served some one.I ask her to put music on to give a good atmosphere but the young lady said no .i do not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Placed a large order and the staff handled it like champs.

What a very pleasant experience. The staff at this Subway were absolutely delightful. Friendly and helpful. The food was up to the usual quality of a Subway and the cookies were great value for money.
