Subway

Been here over a dozen times - best Subway I know of in the country. It's a small store with only a few tables (obviously, in the middle of the city) and gets very busy at lunch (obviously, in the middle of the city), but its always very clean, the staff have always smiled and been friendly and excellent sandwich artists, the value is good and food is delicious. Literally cannot fault any of my visits here

Staff are very accommodating. Food is of subway exacting standards but rather it's a rather expensive sandwich.
Update: 13/11/17 poor service no staff greeting at counter no please or thank you.

Love the meatballs. Good food, fast service, polite staff. Tables sometimes a little dirty and no toilets hence reason for 4 stars.

Good range of food options. My personal favourite is the Subway Melt.

31 August 2019, 9:15AM. I use to come there very often with my wife. We really enjoy the Subway breakfast but today the girl who works in was very rude. I think she was angry because we decide to come in, probably she had something more important to do instead to prepare our sandwiches. Disappointed 🙁

The service was poor. They got my order wrong and when i told them the one lady said they would not be remaking it as it was my fault, this is after i had already paid. (She was blatantly rude through the whole service.) They didn’t offer a refund and refused to remake it. I will not be returning due to this. It is just unacceptable. Customer service is what keeps places like this running and there’s really no excuse for this sort of behaviour!

The fact both franchises exclude discounts/ promotions is very disappointing. No longer do any lunch specials and its £5.50 for a foot long or £3.50 for a 6 inch is very overpriced. Which is no wonder its empty when we always go past.
Stop sending us subway coupons to our business store which is located inbetween both subway stores if you exclude from promotions!!!

Food just like in any subway, but because they only deal with 1 customer at the time, can be a long wait. Better go to one of the bigger places.
