Pret A Manger

Staff act as if it’s their own business. Pret is a chain that makes a lot of money, sandwiches cost £4+ so I’m sure they’re doing fine. Yet, the girls that work there skimp on the drinks. I asked for a little more coconut milk, to the response “when you ask for less ice, it looks like less because the ice would fill more of the cup”. Yeah, I got that. But I want more milk… because of the fuss she kicked up on a couple more ML of milk, I said it’s fine and left it. I’m sure you aren’t costing the company in milk by making customers happy and filling their cup a little closer to the rim. They don’t make the matcha well either, there’s always clumpy powdery chunks at the bottom.

I'd add more stars if I could. The team here is simply amazing! Very professional, always very attentive, can't imagine how they manage to serve all the different type of drink variations and keep such a good attitude at all times! Team has a very strong bond I feel, I like everyone but I have to say the managers are truly amazing! Personally I like the flavour of a few competitors better but due to the service I tend to come to this store, it's seriously the best far and wide!

Staffs are not friendly. I asked them kindly to open the toilet to change my baby nappy (I drink here) but the way they open the door so rude. My mom asked them politely to bring the hot coffee to the table for her because she hold the the baby ( I was not there at that time) but they said no even they have a lot of staffs there

Really disgraceful.... I love their food and especially their coffee but when i went today to get some food etc. there was only 1 person serving and 14 people queueing, you read it right, FOURTEEN! .... What an absolute joke ... i would have gone to Costa two doors along which was virtually empty but i just don't like their coffee at all. I was around for about an hour and not at any point was the queue less than 13 people, once i even counted 17. ... They must have lost quite a bit of business and i just felt so sorry for the girl serving. The manager needs to be replaced obviously but that'll only happen if pigs start flying probably.

Had to queue up for 10 minutes to order my coffee and wait another 10 minutes to get my coffee. What an absolute joke this store is. This store needs to employ more staff immediately.
There were 2 people serving about 13 customers.

I'm a Pret loyal for their Healthy & Tasty fresh foods. And Pret's staff has always been polite, courteous and customer friendly. The only exception is the Harrow store. After contemplating for a while, tried giving them direct feedback to the store & in vain, after 3rd negative experience, I'm writing this review.
The Harrow staff just need training from central management, to be aligned with other Pret's store values and culture. Easy problem to be fixed but nobody's bothered.

Open 7am till 6pm. Best place for sandwiches and coffee to takeaway.

Slowest pret in the world.
Weirdest system of coffee making.
Only cappacino
Then only latte
Then they only make matcha
God forbid if you order an ice latte, waited 45 mins once as they were only maling hot coffee
I go to lots of prets all over London
This is the only one that thst take 30 mins to make a coffee.
The amount of times i waited so long i had i cancel my order and not even a sorry.
While typing this i just been told my coffee will be another 15 mins
Central london is far more busy but never have to wait more than to mins.
Re training is need here!!!!!!!!
