after making my order I was waiting for the food and the guy behind the counter accused me of taking something . Which I would never do! Would never go back again. Racist in there .

Hi I can’t reply, coz I don’t know how to. But I went in on the last day .. before you guys were closing to go on holiday and I was waiting for my food. Then I went to look at a cookie and the person behind the counter asked me at lease 3 times wether I had any thing else or I took anything else and I said no to him several times, then he leaned over the counter to make sure which made me feel so aqwurd. I go here to eat all the time . Why would I steal anything I work in town. I would never do that. He was making me feel like I did something wrong when all I wanted was my lunch. I won’t be coming again.

Best butty shop in Burnley! Fresh ingredients and always get service with a smile. Personal favourite is anything with cajun chicken and spicy mayo 😋 highly recommended!

Sausage butty for 99p bargain. Other sandwiches excellent. Loved the coronation chicken. Nice clean shop. Really polite people. Hardly any waiting also.

Excellent tuna mayo salad sandwich, very fresh, tasty and excellent value for money, couldn't fault it!

Great food good prices, staff very friendly and always remember their regulars .....even enquiring after a colleague after he'd left due to ill health

Very disappointed with service from Alfie’s. No gloves worn, no hair net, not 1 piece of PPE …. I watched him make a cheese and bacon butty then without washing hands make my 3 sandwiches. I cancelled the order before the sandwiches was made as another member of staff had come downstairs from his toilet break or whatever with again no gloves on etc and brushed past the side of my buttys touching them with the clothing he was wearing … I then said to them why I didn’t want my sandwiches and there reply was well you won’t be coming in again then will you please don’t come in again…. I’ll be visiting again but this time you won’t know it’s me it will be filmed and your shop will be re rated as hygiene is no longer there … disgusted
