The food was good but the service was very poor. Staff were busy chatting and an employee was unwillingly sent to get a rice lunch from another shop. The trays from previous customers were not cleared except by customers. (Tray in pic is not mine. Been here for 30 mins). This branch has the worst customer service I have experienced at a branch of Paul. Wasn’t even busy.

Small takway Paul branch with some eat in tables if you want to pay more to drink from paper cups on a dirty table. We experienced high prices and a curt service. The Croque Monsieur was good and heated up in a microwave / toaster machine.

Coffee is absolutely terrible. Watched them make it and it’s like watching a child make a potion in the garden. Just silly

Really enjoyed my coffee on a rainy day in a heart of London. Also like to have a coffee on the go with fresh bakery.

This place looks and feels very sad.
This is the only word express my feelings.
The place is very dirty, the girls looks tired and the pastries are more off then fresh.
What is missing?
The girls to have a clean uniform, their long hair to be tide up nicely, the smell of the fresh bread and freshly grounded coffee, the place to be cleaned properly and since they are 2 girls working, they could do this easily.
The place could use some lights and a cheerful music yo be more inviting.
Maybe would be wise to start with the change of the management.

I love Paul! Those mini beignets are divine and they have a good selection of bread and patisserie !

Worst coffee I’ve ever had in London. Very bitter and too strong, had to throw it away. I would rather pay a little more and at least be able to drink it. I had ordered a small size and vegan milk so maybe there needs to be more attention to the ratios or to the brand/type of milk.

Nice sandwiches but avoid unless you are 20 stone overweight. Far too large baguettes & they refuse to serve smaller sizes so probably only those with a physical job or the obese can eat here
