We use this place regularly to order breakfast and lunch - they offer a really nice service and have become really efficient compared to last year when they first started! There cheese and onion pie is amazing reminds me of my school days that with chips and beans hits the spot! Big up to you guys and keep up the good work!

Absolutely disgraceful. Make sure you stick to the menu as if you order anything different from the breakfast side you'll be charged. I ordered scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms and 2 hash browns. I wish I had been Sat down when asked for the money as it cost me a staggering £5.25 in total....!!!! It was £4.00 just for the eggs....!!! The hash browns were burnt and when I challenged the staff about the price it was my fault for not having toast so I had to be charged separately. At 75p a portion I shall leave you to do the math...!!!

£7 for a double chicken burger fried chicken was burnt charged £1 for a tablespoon of coleslaw overpriced underwhelming food to top it off you get rude service from the staff advising they don't have time to give me a price for the food (no bloody wonder) Gourmet prices for dog turd food avoid avoid avoid

Myself and my colleagues who work in The Globe Centre previously used this cafe on a regular basis however due to extremely poor customer service from the young 'manageress', we have decided to take our custom elsewhere. This is a shame as collectively we would spend a significant amount of money here on a weekly basis, however there has been too many occasions now where this manageress has been rude, and offended many of my colleagues when they have approached her regarding orders being wrong, burnt, cold, of poor quality, or with inconsistent pricing. It shocks me how some one who is managing a business such as this can lack such basic customer service skills, and is essentially just rude.

Not brilliant. Microwaved pie is not great.
Sadly customers choosing to eat in are just given food in a tray with plastic cutlery or in a bag, not a plate in sight. Panini just scorched on top rather than cooked through. Wouldn't recommend. Was ill after too.

Making sandwiches with no gloves on and false nail poor hygiene surely this day and age they should be using gloves I wouldn’t like a false nail in my meal

Bulloughs do quality service and always friendly staff and cater for both Muslim and non Muslim customers, can't fault food and time management is awesome too
