Footlong BMT was lacking in salad as ordered. No lettuce, no cheese, about three pieces of pepper and no cucumber.
Very, very poor service and quality of food. It suggests to me that as we are unable to watch them make the food, they believe they can get away with poor customer service as there is no recourse once the food has bern delivered. Disgusted with this excuse of an order and won't be ordering from here again.
On the other hand, the Just Eat delivery was superb.
6 inch BMT on hearty Italian with chipotle sauce and salad
6 inch turkey breast and ham on wheat with lite mayo and salad
Received:
6 inch BMT on cheese and herbs with chipotle and wrong salad
6 inch turkey breast and ham on hearty Italian with chipotle and wrong salad.
Neither toasted - ordered through Uber eats and got the majority refunded but still lost £3 tax and delivery
Absolutely shocking - wasn’t able to eat it at all due to food intolerances.
Went in to order two foot long subs. Didn't have half the things in stock we wanted (was just after lunch time so understandable) offered me an alternative filling, very clearly made them aware that we couldn't have milk. Asked them to double and triple check if it contained milk as buffalo chicken was NOT displayed on the allergen help board in store. After getting home and checking for allergen contents online just to be safe found it to contain milk. Lucky we checked or very serious sickness (allergic not lactose intolerant). £20 for two subs meals. Waste of money, won't recommend to anyone. Hope no one else gets sick from this sub server.
Always very slow service, poor communication, and terrible preparation skills.
Take a look at the "Festive feast" and "Mega Meat" they've served up in store today, as they say a picture paints a 1000 words.
