Disgusting!! Sent me burnt cinnamon danish rolls on deliveroo I requested a refund the manager refunded me 98p! When I paid almost £5 for them both. Disgusting customer service, I then called and they said sorry we will make more effort next time

The drinks are palatable but my concern is the huge amount of wastage which I would imagine is endemic throughout Pret.

When I enjoy my hot beverage in Costa or Caffé Nero I am giving a proper glass or mug. Why does Pret have to continue with takeaway paper cups? What’s even worse is asking for a refill in the same paper cup and been given a fresh one!

This company could be run so much better.

Always used pret when in Crawley but last 2 times flat white coffee not good wont be using again

You are pretty much guaranteed quality coffee and hot drinks with Pret every Pret I've been to Guildford Crawley Thier all organic well run and the hot chocolate are very tasty on a treat day I especially like the Crawley branch as the staff are very kind and welcoming I also like the décor it's comfortable and you can just sit down and relax :)

One of the best Pret a Mangers I've been to in UK. Great atmosphere, huge place, friendly staff, food is usually done well (unlike some other pret branches), great and varied seating areas with good seats (plenty of seats to work with laptop) and in general a very nice vibe.
The only nitpick is that they close a bit early, but other than that I love this this branch.

Lovely place in Crawley to have a chat with friends.
I always go for a brunch.
