Absolutely s**t this was meant to be a tuna foot long did not know I would have to hunt the tuna there was a thin layer as thick as butter and only in the centre not to the ends was just a salad cob one bite and thrown it away
Avoid the dirty place never been in a sub was that dirty on the food prep area

Well where do I start a staff member called Sophie is very rude. I called today as my order was wrong. I had the order delivered to myself. The only answer I got from her is you can come and collect a new one but it's not my problem as I didn't make the sandwich. Told her that I don't drive and again the answer I get is not my problem. Well it is when your the ones that done my order wrong. Will never be going to this place again and will be making a complaint with the manager. Think you need to train your staff in customer service because she is shockingly rude

Extremely worse.. No wonder why this shop was empty - it was just me - on Friday evening when all other shops near are very busy.
The order was served by Matty and he was extremely poor in preparing the sandwich. I would never visit this place again.

Never had an issue with this subway! Always get my order right and the sandwiches are well made. Staff have always been professional and attentive! Only reason for 4 stars is because it seems that the prices have gone up! 18 pound for 2 sandwiches and drinks seemed a lot!

We are there almost every Sunday. We love the food. The staff (especially Billie) are very attentive, work fast and go the extra mile to please customers. We will be there again soon. Thank you for excellence in food and service.

Ordered meatballs 10mins from home come stone cold and cookies missing and the answer is come to the shop to get your missing items. Driver blaming the shop shop blaming the driver £31 later n still no answers about the poor service
