Subway

My daughter is a Celiac and cannot consume wheat or gluten. Although subway do not sell gluten free bread/rolls the staff were more than happy to allow me to buy some in the COOP and then use those for a Ham/Chicken/Turkey and Cheese, toasted Roll. They cleaned the salad bar top just in case and smiled and talked the whole way through. Just like my daughter did while eating her first ever subway, it may not sound like much but when you are deprived of the normal treats it means a lot when the staff go out of their way to help.

Fairly typical subway. Some branches have food which isn't fresh or appealing but this place is fine. Seating capacity/layout could probably be improved and triangular cheese should be tessellated. Staff reasonably pleasant and friendly.

Love subway, i nearly always have the same. Italian herb and cheese, tuna, cheese and toasted please. Toppings : lettuce, cucumber, red onions, sweetcorn, olives and jalapeño, and light mayo and sweet onion sauce. Makes a proper thicc snacc. Also at this store the staff are really nice, well maintained store and it's always nice to sit at the glass window staring at people whilst eating my food. Girls be looking at me and i be looking back ;) also i had triple cheese that day. That melt tho 💯

I am dismayed I usually use the Subway at Flagship drive they are fantastic. I've just received my order from Subway queen street and frankly what a waste of £20. Not the bread I ordered, its burnt not much in the sandwiches. I called to complain and was met with a member of staff who struggled to articulate himself and refused to sort it out. Frankly disgusting. AVOID THIS SUBWAY there are better subways use these not Queen Street.

Last time I ever ordered subway!!
Bread was almost burned, onion more than tuna or anything else..cheese none(ordered with extra)
And on top of it like ALWAYS cold and late!
Oh and hash browns wasn't cooked.

I’m really disappointed with an attitude of the man who not only was rude but also wasn’t wearing beard snoot and gloves. When I’ve asked I’m him for a veggie option he was very abrupt.

Ordered via Colchester eats, Charged for a Footlong sub, got half. Will not refund the money either. Phoned the store as soon as the order came and was told, very rudely to prder more food to get my correct order.
AVOID ORDERING FROM COLCHESTER EATS.
They are as useless as this Subway.

Just ordered, can't fault the quick delivery. 👍🏻
The problem is the wedges! How many? For nearly 3 quid! Not very happy!
