Subway The Boulevard

This is very near to the Crawley leisure centre .... the subway has some sitting area and serves almost all options in subs and salads as well as breakfast menu .... the staff was cordial and polite to talk to and service was good

I don't know why but they refuse to take point from subcard for hot drink or snacks.

Awful, the customer service is awful, we tried to phone a few times today to sort a order that was completely wrong. I'm allergic to some of the ingredients so of course I chose what I wanted in my sub and of course they added the wrong ingredients.
She was rude. She put the phone down. Passed me to another lady who did not speak English. It was a nightmare. The receipt? There was none of course the till was down how convenient. Just to add typically the manager was not in. She said what do you want me to do? She also said repeatedly we ordered the same sub and that's how it comes. After explaining there is an option to customise your sub. I mean it's subway that is the whole point. I will be taking it to your customer service team aswell! Terrible customer service. Would never recommend this store.

Seriously that’s two subway’s where their scanner doesn’t work the only good subway is in the mall

Bad food over priced should of been £4.99 came to £5.39 and couldn't get my free side apparently the app doesn't work in the shop

Shame there isn't more seating as you may as well get comfortable waiting for one person to get served. Very slow service, no greeting or "we'll be with you shortly".

Server looked bored and was more interested in conversing in her native tongue than getting customers in and out of the door.

Well, this one quite happily walked out of said door.

After hectic night fancied Vegan meatball Sub. I was served by Pravi who was wonderful and welcoming, even though she was still preparing for opening..she still served me with big smile and took my order very patiently. Thank you and What a wonderful way to finish my day.

I ordered a meatball marinara sub that was so drenched in watery sauce that it completely fell apart. There was so many onions in the sub that's all I could taste. There was a deal on the app that the staff had no idea about and weren't helpful at all. Honestly the worst experience I've had at subway in years.
