Subway

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They get to know their regular customers and make the experience easy.
As a vegetarian they accommodate my needs spectacularly well. Other Subway branches, you need to instruct / request staff to use different gloves after handling meat products but here the team take pride in their customer experience and I would recommend a visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Despite there being a number of Subway stores more conveniently located, I always choose the one on Bath Road when possible.
The staff are absolutely brilliant - they make a point to remember customers and their regular orders (maybe I go too often?). They also make sure that you get exactly what you want, where many stores concentrate on just throwing things on as quickly as possible.
It also gets much less busy, during peak hours, than the ones in the town centre.

The service was very slow today, he even stopped half way through making my sandwiche, to do something in the kitchen. By the time I sat down with it, it was stone cold. Had confusion with him too. Asked for a few items to be left off my mums sandwich, and he kept putting the items on. We got there in the end, after 5 attempts. Its a shame because I really love subway's! But I left there today thinking that it was the worst sandwich I've ever been served at subway. Very let down. Poor customer service also.

We ordered via Deliveroo and unfortunately our 12 cookie box was missing. Called the store and they offered to drive the cookies down themselves as the deliveroo rider couldn’t be contacted! We went to pick up the cookies instead but it was really lovely of them to offer. Very nice people and good food

I Go in every Wednesday morning for breakfast great staff really friendly.

Usually pretty decent food, not today! Food was ice cold. Not slightly cold, ice cold. Worst ever. Refrigerated chicken is not nice, when you expect hot. If sandwiches had been toasted as requested, at least they would've had a hint of warmth, but that didn't happen either. This has completely put me off subway. Food had to be microwaved to even be edible. There's just no excuse.

On two occasions I have visited this store after receiving a promotion (the most recent to get a foot long for 500 points), only to be told they are not participating. The participating stores were not listed on the promotion so I think this was very misleading.
Food was okay.

You get what you pay for and we are always very pleased! Never any complaints here!
