Subway

Always a hassle at this Subway. I visit Subways a lot and I swear the staff here have never been to another of the chain's restaurants as the service is so different (in a bad way). I always feel like I know more about how to make the sandwich or salad I'm ordering than the people working there - I've had to request cheese because it wasn't offered, ask for my chicken to be heated because it wasn't offered, guess alternative sauces because Caesar wasn't available and all I got was a blank stare. Can't use the Subcard for free sandwiches because they don't participate. Such a hassle. If another Subway in Basingstoke had free convenient parking I'd never visit this one again.

Friendly staff, good food (for a Subway) and the ability to have it delivered make this Subway a nice little choice if you want something quick before shopping. Eating area is small though and so it can get busy during peak shopping times and key times during the day such as lunchtime. Toilet is ok but needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Online order
When the 2 subs arrived they was both wrong. One was toasted when clearly said not too, and then other missing half the ingredients, when we rang the restaurant they said they didnt have the missing ingredients in and added extra of other stuff we did not want, instead of contacting and asking if ok. The manager then spoke to me on the phone as was very rude about the complaints. Saying 'what do you want me to do about it'.
He then offered a refund but then when I accepted insisted he remade the order instead. Would not order from this subway again.

Fast and friendly service and good value for money for fresh food, not everyone's cup of tea and it wasn't mine until a few years ago but now I love it!

Will never order anything again. Was told delivery was 1235-1255. 1255 was told driver on the way 1300 site said enjoy your food. Funny NO FOOD tried to call number,but number NOT VALID. Ask for subway to contact me. Message on site now says restaurant needs more time so delivery 1320.Get the poxy phone line fixed. Guess what? NO FOOD absolutely disgusting. Now trying to get MY money back.

The Manager, Jordan was polite, professional, great customer service.

Shops closed and the girl was rude when I asked if it's open
