Subway

Good on a good day, but an inconsistent experience based on staff - seems a rapid turnover of staff. Often one person struggling out front while another does who knows what in the back. Only ever seem to use one toaster oven going in spite of queue length. Handling of vegetarian options is not done well, handling bacon and then veg options with the same gloves and cutting with the same knives is disappointing and I'm sure prevents return custom.

Slow service due to Covid-19 distancing, seemed rather disorganised, and its not value for money either. At least the food was tasty, I had a steak bits and cheese foot long sub, it tasted good but didn't have enough cheese in it although I did ask for more and offered to pay extra on top of the already extortionate price. My son had a similar sub but only ate half.

Brilliant, the food the service is second to none. Fan bloody tastic.... Well done....

Today's experience... the location is a bit tight and was a bit busy but they handled it like champs. The tables and floors were dirty and covered in dirty napkins and crumbs, no one washing up. Cookies were nice and gooey in the centers.

Very rude staff, unsanitary, touching the inner side of the cup when they serve! Sandwhich is still cold! If there is a zero rate for this place, i would give them zero star!

Nice friendly staff, subs are awesome.

My partner and I mostly visit the Edinburgh Way branch due to it being local to us.
The quality of the food is consistently good, we haven't had a bad experience.
I do want to make special mention to the staff because they're always friendly and polite.
There was a recent altercation involving a very rude customer, he was being abusive to the members of staff for absolutely no reason, but staff didn't rise to it and handled the situation very well...so kudos to them, hopefully these incidents are rare as they don't deserve that!
My only criticism is this branch and possibly others lack atmosphere; the interiors need modernisation and music...perhaps a Subway radio station taking customer requests? We choose how we want our sandwiches made, why not our choice of music? Just an idea...

Terrible Service. Ordered on app for collection. Was made to wait outside to collect and by the time I was at the front of the que food was stone cold. Complained and staff offered to MICROWAVE my food hot again. Disgusting! Have complained to franchise manager. Avoid this store.
