The staff in the shop didn't have a clue how to make a toastie properly and when asked to remake it as it was impossible to eat we were met with a very poor attitude by two members of staff. The tables were dirty and when eating in the shop they were both sat on their phones before more customers arrived. Very poor and rude customer service

Extremely rude.
Every time I've been in, they've ran out of something. When you ask for it you just get snapped at with: "Got no Italian bread" in the style of Vickie Pollard.
I will not go in again after being talked at like I did from the couple of Chavs who were attempting to run the shop on that day.

We arrived at your store today at 7.07 to find it was not open. I then continued to wait while a girl in store proceeded to do task around the back of store with no hat on. Finally she came unlocked the door and walked away. I watched her sorting her hair out to place her hat on to get ready to serve, we were not greeted upon entering nor was there an appaulagie for the late opening time. I was then asked what I would like as she but gloves on as I had just witnessed her touching her face and hair I asked her to wash her hands politely to which I got a parden so I repeated myself and she washed her hand properly. I began to order my sandwiches to were there was no certain type of bread nor any hash browns upon request. Again no apology was attempted, no sorry we don't have , just I don't have any. After finishing the sandwiches I asked for 2 lattes where again was let down "I can't do any coffees I've no milk" sensing my partners anger she changed her tone and said well you can have a black coffee and put milk in yourself. When it is first thing in the morning and 90% of customers will be wanting a breakfast with a coffee would it not best to advise this before orders are placed to avoid disappointment. Being extremely annoyed with her attitude at every point of order today my partner shouted make sure you get a full receipt hun. Hearing this suddenly she could find some hash browns for us and these were prepared at her leisure. So I asked for a full receipt to be told the machines not printing again no apologies. I then told her it's illegal to not provide a vat receipt could she please write me one she chose to ignore this and just stand and snarl at me so I asked again if she could write me the store managers name and her store number down please. I got I blunt why? I said because I'm within my right to ask? She then said she would try and find some paper and bring over. We then ate our food everything was fine with the food. I did witness her preparing food in the back taking tomatoes straight from the box and cutting them no washing took place and no further hand washing took place after my first request even after serving us at the till and then leaving to go find the hash browns. Before leaving I had to ask again for the information I asked for and she then just said I dont know the store number if I don't have a receipt there's nothing I can do sorry! Wow we got our first appologie. I have to say it is no wonder in the half an hour we spent there that we were your only customers if this is how they are treated Contacted the manger via tell subway and got a generic email response Disguasted !

What an outstanding Subway sandwich this was it was possibly one of the best ones I have ever had it was need it had the correct amount of salad on and it had the correct amount of sauce on two and the staff were very friendly professional and polite I would recommend this Subway store to anybody for a wonderful subway experience well done guys I'll be back.

Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. About 10 years I've been here on and off. Used to have the breakfast subs on the way to school! Always had good customer service here and my sandwiches have always been perfect. The manager here is great at remembering faces and interacting with customers. Despite not having some of the facilities on the app, order ahead etc. They are always happy to help redeem points or collect the points earned on your visit! I've seen a lot of other subway restaurants and bad service is something I've never experienced here.

They won't do any of the promotions of the subway app. Staff need educating on good customer service.

Woman in there kicked me out for eating pasta. I’m disabled. Give me a voucher. Not happy won’t be coming here again. Hope you’re all happy with yourselves. Graham x
