Claimed they can't redeem sub card points due to broken scanner but can add them. Really?? Play fair chaps bad customer service at this franchise.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Although it's bad enough already that the food is mediocre and unnecessarily expensive, my main issue is how the service in such a place is absolutely disgustingly rubbish.
The tall Asian man was previously rude to me mocking me towards another employee until I overheard him and put him in his place and he apologised and since then he has been fine. The two ladies that were on duty today are always rude to customers. They have a cold inhuman like attitude towards people who are paying for good food and service. They never smile, the one who is mostly on cashier is always chewing gum and loud too, as in mouth open chewing, doesn't this break your food safety regulations? You can see from many other reviews that what I am saying isn't exaggerated. It's time you got new staff, fresh faced individuals who appreciate earning an honest living, or like me, many other customers will no longer buy food from this branch.
For the record the day I visited is the same day this review was written and the shift was in the afternoon.
I used to visit often but never again and nor will anyone else I know until the staff members have been changed.

Despite being toasted, food freezing cold, flat drinks. Salad not chopped properly. Awful service. I mean you go to subway for a quick, average sandwich.

I visited earlier today with my partner. Wasn't busy at 10.50am. Ordered 2 subs with the usual works. My fiancée also wanted hash browns. We finished off with 2 bottles of Pepsi. Not at all bad for £12! Will visit again.

The service was terrible and the staff, well one of them had the personality of a rotten tomato and aggressively told customers to hurry and be quicker when ordering their food as well as showing signs of racism, this was preposterous and the cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling! Overall I was disgusted!

Its not the size 🥪 but the taste that’s important. It’s all a bit clinical with the portions. I’d rather go to a local deli/cafe and have a real taste experience. Olives aint got no falvour and i wont mention the cheese

Sandwich was nice, shame the nice girl was by herself doing everything. She should have had help! Three stars as with support staff the service would have been better.

Generally terrible. One female member of staff was particularly rubbish at her job, and was aggressive to customers, saying “hurry” and “quicker” in an angry tone.
