Limited seating at street level, although there are tables outside but more relaxed seating in the basement. Can get crowded. Efficient and patient serving staff. Nice baguettee and pastries. We bought some pastries to take away and true to the French way of packaging things, they had a robust boxing technique and all our purchases were intact when we got home. Not cheap

HORRIBLE customer service. A blond lady, wearing a white apron served my friend and I today around 3:30 and was so arrogant that I highly recommend to people to don’t go to Paul Wimbledon Village.
I work with customer service and this behavior is not acceptable.
This kind of staff really need to receive a training to understand how to serve customers. If she is not happy working at Paul she should find another place to work to.

I have eaten at Paul for atleast ten years now. They have increased the prices of the small beignets and today I bought some that were stale with old chocolate that's dark and poor in taste. Not even the same amount of chocolate but the cost has increased to nearly 50p. I ordered the prawn baggette which was ridiculously hard and the sesame seeds have exfoliated my whole mouth area. Really disappointed!! A waste of £13!

Why are you not accepting cash? Also when i wanted to pay by card you refused saying phone app payment only. There are people like me who will never use their phone for payment. You are losing customers.

Unfortunately I have given a two star review due to the customer service. The food has no fault, delicious pastries but the lady who served us was very rude, and made a lot of mistakes when it came to our order. This caused our overall experience to be a bad one sadly.

Excellent Almond Croissant, ok Coffee. Very busy little branch, good that there is extra seating downstairs, as outside seems always full.

Loved ordering my French Bûche de Noël, before 24th, and picking it up on 23rd. The cake was delicious.
