Subway

Every time we order from this store there is always something missing. This time 3 items were missing. I called the store a second time and the female who spoke to me was rude, sarcastic and continously interrupting me. Apparently she can't magic up the other items and get them delivered. I have made a complaint and I'm really not one to make complaints unless they have been extremely rude. Still haven't got my money back or my items. Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt and every time there items missing, def. Will not be ordering from here again! If I could give a lower star rating I would!

One of the worst subway experiences. When we first walked in there was music blaring through the speakers and the woman was clearly annoyed. Due to the language barrier it too us multiple times trying to say that we wanted the crinkle wedges, we asked for three portions and in the end only received two, we even asked for the seasoning that usually comes with them and was simply ignored. The language barrier also meant that it took us 10x longer to order than usual trying to explain what we wanted on our subs.

Such rubbish place I never been. I was only the customer when I enter the shop. The lady was so rude and asked me to wait 5 minutes to get served. While I was on waiting some other customer came and she start to serve them. I got such a racist experience from this shop. They Weaste my time and been humiliated. Also I noticed that they used same plastic gloves all the time for veg or nonveg. I don't know how council give food safety certificates. Considering never go subway because such a rude and racist staff, unhealthy food which I know from another person's review, unhygienic way preparation. Not even for 1 star. I feel somewhere they bribed. Please check cctv if any clarification

There seems to be new operators of this franchise. These guys need a lot more training on how to make a standard sandwich from cutting to the fillings.

They need extra training on customer service too, no greetings, grumpy all the way through.

Does not accept card payment.

One sandwich the lady put so much lettuce she couldn't fit anything else.
The second sandwich the guy cut it so badly all my veggie fillings literally fell out as i picked up the sandwich. (These were his fillings on a 12inch- 4pcs onions. 4 olives. 3 jalapenos, 6-7pcs lettuce. )

I ordered a meatball Mariana with doritos, a rainbow cookie & Pepsi (American cheese & onion toppings)

I got a meatball Mariana with -sweetcorn- & onion, -mozzarella cheese-, -Paprika crisps- a Pepsi and a -chocolate chip cookie-

That's 4 issues with my order. Uber has refunded me. Very very disappointed.

Absolutely Rubbish, ordered through Uber eats and they sent the wrong sub and the other sub I ordered they got it right but it was not nice at all, the bread was stale, it was made the complete wrong way, the meat was on the top instead of the bottom and it was just the worst thing I’ve tried to eat, they also sent the wrong crisps, I usually order from the esher subway and they get it right every time, I wish I’d done that now but at already I know to never order from there again

The shop do not accept the subway vouchers delivered locally even though they are on the subway website as a participating store. The staff aren't particularly polite either. I walked out. Plenty of other options available in Tolworth don't waste your time or money here.

Disappointed this store is rude all miss items rong item most of time and neaver pick up phone very rude it’s a shame I ordered a lot ordered again been told don’t accept the vouchers they delivered through our door very rude about it wats rong with this shop I e had enough
