i visited this subway on dated 04-05-22 at 11.55am . A lady sandwich artist name Sander. her behaviour is rudely and disrespectful towards customers . also she is speaking loud tone in different languages . when one lady ask for using subway rewards she angrily replayed her and forget about how to do her job with kindness and respectfully .
Totally mindless people and lake of customer service .
need to provide training to employee.

This Subway's quality level has dropped to such level that I will NOT be eating from there anymore. Today I ordered 3 subs and couple of Bowl of Meatballs. The subs were all cold and hardly any filling, the meatballs were also cold and hard. Normally meatballs are piping hot and cheese is melted, these were hardly warm and the meatballs seemed quite hard. They were so stingy with the fillings in the subs and also did not have any sweetcorn. I would AVOID this branch of Subway from now.

The workers cheat, when you have big orders they say the wrong codes arnt scanning. I’ve heard rumours they scan there own accounts and rob your points. Today when I tried to redeem my points for a sub got told same again

I wish if I could read their reviews before eat there. I have ordered 6inch chicken tikka and then change my mind and ask to have another same 6 inch chicken tikka with same salad and sauce. Went to checkout and wanted to pay for a footlong meal but they refused and asked to pay £3 more then footlong meal because the “the subway paper been cut twice” what a silly reason for ripping people’s pocket. Pathetic customer service and pathetic policy.

Amazing customer service and the staff is always so helpful. I go to this subway every time and only because their work ethic and loyalty. As soon as I walk in, they greet me every time in the best way. I've never seen such neat and fast service. I've always came across careless and messy employees that really discouraged me to go to subway but here you get fabulous service by the current staff.Thank you guys. Well done!!!
