Subway

Normal delicious subway. Staff is friendly even when it's busy.
Just 3 stars because staff cleans everything at least 1 hour before they close.
Don't feel welcome to go in there in the evening.
And also staff speaks in front of costumers in a different language with each other, making sandwiches and laughing and talking in a different language. Makes me feel really uncomfortable and gives the feeling that they laugh about me or other costumers.

First time at this subway and to Cambridge and the staff member (Jade) was very chatty and helpful. She also gave a good suggestion of where to go even though she isn't local. I'd recommend this subway for choice of food as there is plenty and it is very well prepared, and for the staff friendliness.

Despite we arrived at nearly closing time and we couldn't get everything we wanted, the staff was so friendly and tried his very best.

So slow at making sandwiches. Was in the middle of making my order then stopped to make a deliveroo order halfway through, used the last of the toppings i wanted for deliveroo order then lied about not having anymore in stock. Utter shambles

Best customer service I get in subway after long time.staff is very friendly and smiling. They understand my daughter’s gluten problem and clean the counter and change the gloves before they make subway for her.I definitely go back there again.

Brought my son here for dinner the young lad serving couldn't of been more nice and friendly so accommodating (he told me he lives in haverhill) so yeah thanks mate I really appreciate it. All the best to you.

One of the best subways I have ever been to! The food is very good and the customer service is amazing especially Lucia and Reece ! Would definitely recommend it.

Employees have no sense of customer service and seem upset at all times. You can taste their mood in the sandwich.
