Subway

Popped in around 5:45 and I was met with happy to help, friendly staff who got to work on my order, which I enjoyed greatly!

I’ve been in a few subways and this one beats a lot of them, good job guys and girls :)

On a busy Saturday, only 2 staff members were on shift. Queue was around 45 minutes, place was unclean. I wanted a subway sandwich, I got to the till and saw cross contamination such as the same gloves worn to touch meat, phones, till, salad, bread, tablets. I didn’t have the sandwich due to my dietary preference. They didn’t have food in stock, then I was going to get cookies but their were flies on them. I understand it was understaffed but the standards were poor, the manager should have been better prepared.

Wouldn't normally complain about a Subway, as I feel like you know what you're getting but have honestly had the worst one of my life at this branch. The staff are so slow, waiting times are well over 25 minutes and they literally throw the subs together, don't toast the subs properly so they're basically chilled and are incapable of cutting bread so it just falls apart when you eat it. I feel like it takes a lot to complain about a Subway, but just go to the one in town, this one really is not worth the (inevitable) wait.

The problem about having no fluent English speaking staff is that it's hard to order what you want and you have to settle for what you can get.

This was an awkward horrible experience, plus the drinks machine doesn't work and there are no napkins.

Avoid this place buying a sandwich shouldn't be so bloody tough.

I think that this has got to be the worst subway I have visited. As soon as you walk through the door the tables are filthy and food all over the floor. The food was not bad, nobody ever moans at an overfilled sandwich but this was extreme and waaay to much sauce so picked at it which was a shame. 2 boiling hot coffees given to me with no lid and then spilt was not ideal. There was no napkins to clean this up either.

The place was very busy and understaffed. All the servers were very young and need some support in their.

The driver delivered the wrong food but the staff were so lovely even during all of the stress. Top team, they deserve kudos. Dine in rather than order it on uber.

Ordered from Just eat, food got delivered elsewhere and when I called to let them know they asked to call me back in a minute which they never did, eventually our food arrived and it was stone cold and missing items. No one answers the phone and food quality was terrible.

Very disappointed with this subway especially as the others in Yeovil usually are quite good. Do not go to this one!

Rude staff especially the young woman behind the payment said point blank that I can't have 12 cookies even though thare was 12 available and the when I asked for a bag it was thrown at me. Stay away
