This must be one of the best, if not the best Pret store.

What a lovely airy space the first floor is. Plenty of comfortable seating. Good quality music playing. Pleasant views out of the front windows overlooking the street.

We went on a Saturday morning. It was busy, but not heaving.

Service was reasonably quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

There's plenty of seating on the ground floor and it's fully accessible with a disabled toilet available.

The upstairs is about double the size, with a central opening that looks down onto the ground floor.

There are unisex toilets available upstairs, but you need a door code to access them (available by asking staff). The facilities were very clean and modern.

There are sockets by many tables along the walls. These also had USB sockets in too. A good place to work or study.

Of all the Prets I've been to, this is by far the best for ambience and comfort. We'd have happily stayed here a lot longer.

The WC is very dirty and with several small flyes. We I informed the waitress she told to me that they don't have time to clean it, it is not her fault but of his boss

Nice Prét, with lots of space; but no fresh smoothies milkshakes, or frappes at this branch, unfortunately.

PS: I only go here very occasionally, but why is the upstairs closed every time I visit?!

Changing my review from 4 stars to 2 stars to match my current experience. When I first reviewed the place their toilet had just been fixed after being broken for months so gave them a generous review. However the toilet has yet again been "broken" for months on end after being operational for only a matter of weeks.
My challenge to them is to have the toilet open for 30 days in a row. If this happens I will update the review with the result. If not you can assume they've not managed it.

Also the upstairs area is almost always closed, even when there are no seats downstairs. This place could be good but unfortunately there is too much wasted potential

It's a Pret. It does what Pret does. I personally only go as the Subscription has made it worth while. Loads of seating especially upstairs. Nice busy environment.

Don’t visit this Pret, the customer service was horrible. The issue was with the Tuna toast, they made it hot and didn’t cut in half. When I requested Taran who was on the till didn’t really want to do it and asked me to do it by self where they provide wooden knifes with a rude manner. The way he behaved completed unacceptable and asked him to refund. He insisted to refund and after refund he throw the sandwich in the bin very hard and went fruitions as if I am taking his money from his pockets. I paid £7.44 and this is how you treat your customers. I request the management to check their CCTV on 14/11/2022 to see the behaviour of employee serving me Taran S with Till card number 37428. Completely disappointing.
