Pret A Manger

This Pret offers smoothie as well as a variety of drinks. The Berry Blast is as good as usual. Quite a big space for a Pret. Service was fast and smooth. There may be a lot of workers during lunch hours.

Went there earlier today and asked for one decaf and one normal latte .
Girl that made coffees has put the lattes down on the counter and both looked the same without a decaf sticker .
I asked which one is decaf and she just pointed at one and I said are you sure because I really can’t have fully caffeinated coffee .
She said yes .
And of course it was wrong .
I really suffered for good few hours since having that coffee .
I just want to make you aware that people have decaf coffee not for a fun but a lot of times it could be health condition.
So please make sure you give customers what they ask for 😞

Dear Pret A Manger
I visited your shop in Edgware Road yesterday around 6:00pm and today around 5:30pm and I have received very poor service and barista doesn’t know the difference between the latte coffee and the cappuccino,I ordered a cappuccino and was very happy twice I had to throw them away.
I am really disappointed and I am a regular customer since 90s.

They didn't have frappe at all.
We ordered something else: a Americano and a iced mocha.
We tried to drink it but it was not good. We even got sick after it. Do not recommend this place.

Amazing place for meetings n small celebrations. Staffs are very humble and helpful.

Decent enough pret, baguettes were decent and so was the drinks, though they charge extra for sitting in, but you don’t need to tell them you are sitting in, just pay take out price and take a seat no one seems to care or check, it’s a busy wee store, good location

A girl at counter wasnt friendly at all , i think she need a course how to treat costumers

Very rude young man by the counter today,disrespect to clients and co-workers, even duty manager could calm him down around 14.30, I've actually changed my mind and went to next door Starbucks))
