Good place to eat in or take away, variety options for different diet. Staff were pleasant. More seats in the back of café.

Awful. One person serving, lots of Staff standing chatting.... Goodness know what's going on. They're losing more customers than they're serving as people cannot be bothered to wait.....

Every time I come and buy a toastie, I end up throwing it away as I simply can’t eat it. It’s overly burnt and hard as a stone. And last time I waited for 2 mins until one of your workers finally managed to take it out of the oven and then got a a toastie is that was fully messed up. Can’t you just do a proper staff training?

Excellent chicken salad 'simple' baguette. Thankfully no basil - I hate basil!

Waiting time for drinks can be long…

But also the standard and quality of food across the board with the company, has deteriorated since being sold.

But Bromley do want to please you , especially one very tall dark-skinned gentleman, who’s just BRILLIANT 🤩.

Was quite busy on Sunday, let down by the time waiting for hot drinks. Staff really need to speed up a bit when there is a rush on. Had to explain my order twice before the assistant realised there were items missing. Not great Pret Bromley. You need to get someone from the Central London shops to provide additional training to deal with the extra customers.

Usually good coffee that I get everyday on my way to station at 0750, but they changed their opening times to 0800 today.Therefore I am cancelling my subscription as it doesn't work for me anymore. So sad to leave the subscription
