Great staff. All food prepared fresh and in front of you so you know what you are getting.

Food ok , all looked fresh and in date, usual offers and asked for add on's which will cost you more! The team have to ask so say no if you don't want it, because you are paying!! ....... although thank goodness that the staff wear gloves to make the food , having seen one come out of the toilets 🚻 which had no soap and the water in the basin didn't work!! Maybe it's down to the Petrol station management, but really !! Rank !🤢🦠🦠🦠 Send in the local health authority 🤮

Staff don’t know what they’re doing and they underfill the sandwiches and overcharge you. Not happy.

Rudest customer service ive ever experienced, and a rip off price wise

Bindi who served us was amazing in customer service assets to company.She is from Gujarati hard working people and very friendly.I love diversity we have in U.K.Making sure that are included and have zero tolerance for abuse in Subway to protect their staff as we witness customer after us who was not that kind .You have wonderful staff so look after them there are the ones who keep you going and represent you .Leadership is shown by example.Thank you Bindi for bring sunshine on our rainy biking day .

Please heat up sausages in the oven before adding to sub toasting the whole thing... the last three times I've ordered a sausage breakfast sub the sausages have been stone cold even after cheese and toasting. 🤢 this used to be standard practice.

Not overly impressed that when I asked for music to be turned down whilst ordering as I have a hearing impairment and couldn't hear their questions, blond girl stomped off with annoyed attitude and shut off .
No washing of hands between touching controls, money, and food. 😱😱😱
