Subway

I ordered on Uber eats. I forgot to put toasted but I added cheese and I thought nothing of it but the restaurant rang me and asked and was so kind to even think about the customer in that situation. It sounded like a young man on the phone who was so polite and made sure I got what I wanted.

Amazing service from a nice young man today at subway. Took time and care to make my sandwich and salad and showed me at every stage to make sure I was happy with it. Pleasant service with a smile!

Whenever I go there just to have a look or change my mind and try to leave the shop the guy always starts shouting and trying to convince me into buying something .

Shockingly bad. Very stingy, barley speak just all-round worse one I've ever been to. Didn't even get a receipt to make a complaint

Ordered veggie party, i did not want the whole sandwich toasted. But usually the veggie patty itself is warm.

Due to the lazy staff- I was delivered a sandwich which was taken straight out of the refrigerator therefore questioning how fresh the food is as I ordered in the morning at 9.30am.

Then had to deal with argumentative staff.
Terrible service.

Avoid at all cost!

I come to subway at least twice a week. Delicious food for brilliant prices. Amazing customer service, nice to chat to and they remember your order too!

Staff spoke to my 14 year old saturday girl with such disrespect over a confusion with the order. me and my staff used to eat here often and we tried to resolve with the manager/franchise owner but got the same answer. rude and me and my staff will not be using this establishment again

Great food. Great service. Would highly recommend. Not much more to say. Really friendly owner - always smiling!
