Pret A Manger

This is such a disgusting pret branch. Normally I am happy with pret but here i was so disappointed in my last visits.

I went to the cashier made my order. I waited lore than 10 minutes each time ( i had four visits). The cashier was talking with her co worker and completely forgott my order. I gave it up after my last visit and thought I do nit have energy to waste on this case. So I left and went over to the oposite site to costa coffee and received my order from there.

Worst experience of my life yet.

And to make it clear not all pret. Just this branch. The worker are very unprofessional and the branch is so dirty. I avoided using the tables.

This was my lunch, Italian Prosciutto plus bonus plastic wrap... would the plastic be edible? Last time when I order from you. I don't have enough words to express my disgust for such a thing. I don't want to imagine the conditions under which these sandwiches are manufactured and packaged.

Lovely pret. Great unpretentious tasy food, friendly staff and in a great location shopper's. I think the pret in High Street Kensington could learn a lot from these guys...the High St Ken staff are so unfriendly and dismissive and need training from this pret branch! Well done guys

Pret A Manger in the Newgent Orpington. The food and choice is exactly the same as in all Prets I have been in...good choice and range. The restaurant was not very clean and the tables and chairs not separated very well and it all felt a bit DIY to make comfortable eating experience. Luckily it was warm enough to eat outside. There is good choices all around the Newgent so I would suggest they get the basics right because it is not cheap.

Nice food 😋, if you go there not look for the price, it's one thing I dint like, it's toilets it's so dirty
But rest it's ok

Beautiful Food. Favourite Lunch Venue or just for Tea or Coffee. Fairly Cheap too.

Good place to get coffee , sandwiches and snacks while shopping

End of Xmas period so some offers no longer available. Was quite busy so sat outside with the dog.
